How long will my order take?
In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Preorder Items
Preorder items are produced after the minimum order quantity has been reached.
- Production takes approximately 4–6 weeks.
- Fulfillment and shipping take an additional up to 2 weeks.
Estimated timelines are provided as a guide and may vary depending on production and shipping conditions.
Can I combine preorder and in-stock items?
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once the preorder item is ready unless otherwise stated. If you need an in-stock item sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
Preorder items are generally final sale because production is based on customer demand.

How should I care for my garments?
To help your garments last as long as possible, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold.
